QCSHS Batch '87 Legacy Awards

As we celebrate our 40th Year Reunion, we would like to honour Batchmates whose lives and work reflect the values we carried from Quezon City Science High School.

We are launching the QCSHS Batch '87 Legacy Awards to in recognition of Batchmates who have made meaningful contributions in:

Community Service

Recognising outstanding Batchmates' dedication and selfless commitment to community service who has made a meaningful and lasting impact through compassion, leadership, and a spirit of giving that uplifts and inspires others.

Professional Excellence

In recognition of exceptional professionalism, this award honours Batchmates who consistently demonstrates outstanding performance, integrity, and dedication to excellence, setting a high standard and inspiring others through their commitment and achievements.

Leadership

This is to recognise Batchmates whose exemplary leadership guides and empowers others, demonstrating vision, integrity, and a lasting impact on their team and community.

Quiet Acts of Impact

There is power in subtle influence, and this award honours Batchmates whose quiet, consistent acts of kindness, and service have created meaningful and lasting positive change, often without seeking recognition.

Nominate a Batchmate now

We invite all Batch '87 to nominate a Batchmate for the inaugural QCSHS Batch '87 Legacy Awards.

Nominations for:

COMMUNITY SERVICE: for contributions that uplift communities, improve lives, or support social causes

PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE: for notable achievements or leadership in one's profession, industry, or field.

LEADERSHIP: for pioneering work in science, technology, business, government, education, or creative fields.

QUIET ACTS OF IMPACT: for those whose dedication, mentorship, kindness, or service has positively shaped others--often without public recognition.

Nomination Criteria

Nominees should be members of QCSHS Batch '87.

Any member of Batch '87 may submit a nomination.

Self-nominations are welcome. Sometimes the most meaningful stories are the ones we hesitate to tell about ourselves.

All nominations are anonymous, and you may nominate multiple times for different Batchmates.

Deadline to submit your nominations is 1 August 2026. So, don't delay; nominate today!

What to include in a Nomination?

• Name of Nominee

• Short Description of their contributions or achievements

• How they've earned your nomination (2-3 short paragraphs)

• Optional: photos, link/s to supporting information

All nominations will be reviewed by the Batch '87 Reunion Planning Committee. Recipients of these prestigious awards will be honoured during the 40th Year Reunion on 6 February 2027.
